Products advertised as factory sealed are intended to be supplied in their original manufacturer packaging as described in the applicable listing or wholesale agreement.

15. Resale
Approved wholesale customers may purchase products for legitimate commercial resale purposes, subject to applicable laws, product restrictions, and any specific terms communicated by EclipseVault or its suppliers.
Wholesale customers are responsible for their own business practices, customer relationships, advertising, taxes, licenses, and legal obligations.
16. Trademark and Branding
Wholesale customers must not represent themselves as an official representative, authorized agent, or affiliate of EclipseVault or any Pokémon rights holder unless they have received express written authorization.
Pokémon, Pokémon TCG, Pokémon characters, names, artwork, logos, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
EclipseVault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures unless expressly stated otherwise.
17. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
EclipseVault may conduct reasonable verification procedures for wholesale accounts and orders.
We may delay, limit, or decline an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized purchasing activity, inaccurate business information, payment problems, or other security concerns.
18. Cancellation
