Our authenticity guarantee does not constitute a guarantee of a particular third-party grading result.

Grading decisions are made independently by the applicable grading company.

6. Product Verification

We aim to maintain appropriate procedures for identifying and reviewing products before they are offered for sale.

Where appropriate, we may review product packaging, identifying information, condition, and other characteristics relevant to authenticity.

We may also work with suppliers or distributors to address questions regarding product origin or authenticity.

7. Customer Concerns About Authenticity

If you believe that a product purchased from EclipseVault may not be authentic, please contact us promptly.

8. Investigation Process

When an authenticity concern is reported, we may review the product, order records, supplier information, photographs, packaging, and other relevant information.

We may request that the product be returned for inspection where appropriate.

Customers should not alter, modify, open, dismantle, or otherwise change a product that is the subject of an authenticity investigation unless instructed to do so.

9. Confirmed Authenticity Issues

If we determine that a product supplied by EclipseVault is not authentic, or if applicable law provides a remedy for an authenticity-related issue, we will work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Manufacturer Packaging and Seals

The appearance of seals, wrapping, labels, packaging, and other manufacturer features can vary between products and production runs.

Minor differences in packaging alone do not necessarily indicate that a product is counterfeit.
